Annual Report

The Central Office of Information (COI) wanted to scale back its annual report to focus on areas where it was “making public money work harder”. The brief was to strip content and design to a minimum and to focus on the key themes of behaviour change, digital communications, effectiveness and evaluation.

Taking the theme of behaviour change, the design uses the idea of the ripple effect whereby information is disseminated by being passed from person to person and from community to community to broaden its reach and impact.
